Sweet Tooth: Greek Yogurt Bread

A couple months ago, I made ice cream bread (it was really good, and the recipe is here.) I’d went out to buy 5 lbs of self-rising flour, but what I didn’t know was that my mom had just bought 5 lbs. So now we have an overabundance of self-rising flour at our house. In an attempt to get rid of all of it before we head off for vacation, we’ve been making all sorts of bread; last night’s was Greek Yogurt Bread. And for a plus, it only requires two ingredients!

2 cups of any kind of Greek Yogurt
1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
Sesame seeds

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt and flour until it’s well combined.
  2. Take about a handful of dough, shape into into a ball, add some sesame seeds on top, and continue so with the rest of the dough. Place rolls onto a greased pan and bake it at 350 degrees for approx. 45 minutes, until each are golden and firm.
  3. That’s it! Enjoy your lil’ rolls!
