Shrimp tacos make life so much easier and happier. Here’s a 10-minute recipe for 2 shrimp tacos. I promise they’re worth your time.
2 tbsp olive oil 1 lb shrimp (peeled and with tails removed) 12 oz Rosemary Citrus & Pepper Sauce 8 flour tortillas 8.5 oz fresh coleslaw 1 each of red and yellow peppers, cut into strips 1 sliced avocado
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for two minutes (or until pink).
- Flip shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until shrimp is pink and opaque.
Stir in 1 cup of Rosemary Citrus & Papper Sauce.
- After you take out the shrimp, assemble tacos by topping a tortilla with cole slaw, pepper strips, avocado slices and shrimp (or anything else you would like to add).
