For something quick and healthy, and what I’d call a win-win situation.
2 small tomatoes 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/3 cup chopped red onions 2 tbsp minced fresh parsley 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tsp minced fresh oregano a pinch of salt and pepper each 2 avocados, halved, pitted and peeled
1. Combine and mix all of these ingredients.
2. Scoop them into the halved avocadoes. Enjoy!
