The favorite breakfast food. All in a mug.
- one or two pieces of bread per mug (anything type)
- 1/2 egg
- pat of butter
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- Optional: drop of vanilla extract
Cut bread into cube, and then butter inside of mug with the butter. Place the bread cubes into mug, and push it down a little bit.
In a separate cup, crack the egg into it, and add the milk, cinnamon (and vanilla), and mix with fork.
Pour the mixture into the cup with bread, and let it soak for a minute.
Stick cup into microwave. Start with one minute, then add ten seconds at a time until it’s cooked to your liking.
Add sugar or whipped cream. Anything you want, really. Enjoy!
